Ah, thank goodness for good friends! I am sorry for the grumpy post yesterday, but after a good night's sleep and a "date" today, I'm in a much better mood.
I darn well forgot to take pictures, but the date was with baby Alex and his mum Beth. When I turned up at their house I could hear Alex chatting away to himself in the front room. Then, when I went in to say hello he grinned and waved his little arms and legs at me, which is the best form of medicine in the world! We went into town to have a Starbucks and Alex was just the best behaved baby you ever did see. Well, apart from a little bit of sick down my fleece, but hey, it'll wash :) He just loves the rhyme "ladies go nim nim nim..." which I taught Beth a while back, and all that bouncing around on my knee must have made him a bit seasick. Kids, eh?!
I spent a little time with Claire over her lunch break and then I made my way back up to the bus stop. I am on the hunt for a decently priced microwaveable wheat bag, for my sore joints, but didn't find one. Instead, I found this really cheap shopping trolley that I just had to buy. I don't normally do impulse buys - I window shop, I take pictures, I go home and think about it, but this time I just gave in. It's not the sturdiest trolley in the world, but it's red and polka dotty, and I've discovered it's quite good for leaning on when I get tired. Mainly, it'll be great for going down to the corner Tesco shop for in-between grocery shopping.
Oh, and I treated myself to some 99p daffs from M&S (I still have money on my birthday gift card). They are just buds, so I hope they open eventually...
Anyway, that's done me in for the day, so I'll love you and leave you.
Glad you mentioned that - I've got a microwaveable cherry pit cushion that I never use, so I'll parcel that up with the Vit D for you!
Love the trolley! Mine's a purple camouflage jobby :D

Oh the trolley is gorgeous, I would love to have one like that, it is so easy for the grocery´s
And about being tempted by the sweets? Oh yes ofcourse, but not all day, just once in a while. Most of the time I forget that I am in a candy store :) But still you have to try the sweets you are selling don't you :)
