I'm looking forward to the weekend. It seems as if I live for the weekends, doesn't it? Well, the days just pass in a haze, rushing to and from work and spending 12 hours out of the home is not my idea of fun... I have a couple of magazines to relax with tomorrow morning before getting on with my day: Country Homes and Interiors, which I bought today and which I LOVE because I used to work there and it was one of the best jobs I ever had. Very badly paid of course, but great fun. And my Classic FM magazine which arrived today. Not sure I'll renew the subscription, although the free CDs are quite nice to have.
I am also awaiting my new issues of Country Living and Woman & Home. Oh for the days when I got all these things for free - a lovely perk, I'm sure you will agree! As it is, I just rely on special offers now, which is how I got Classic FM, only £1 per issue to start with.
Tomorrow I have to get up quite early to get to the osteopath's for 10am, and then DD wants to spend time taking pictures and going to Hobbycraft for some craft supplies so she can make something Elsie-inspired over the weekend....
(photo courtesy of Elsie Flannigan's blog - we LOVE E! :) but I'm not as enamoured as DD of the weird soft toys...)
So, Sunday will probably be taken over by scrapbooking (me) and sewing (DD), as the weather forecast is pretty dire. Will we ever have a proper Spring this year, I wonder?
Nite nite!
