Another award!
Just a quickie to say I got my 2 1/2 stone award yesterday, as I lost 2lbs, thereby cancelling out the 1lb weight gain from last week! I am so happy it's going so well, and even ventured into the changing rooms at M&S today to try on some clothes, which didn't leave me feeling fat and ugly for once. What a change! Can't wait to get down a few more dress sizes though. DD is just a bit off her 1st stone award, and is feeling happier for it too.
Otherwise, it's very hot here, and sunny, although we're told it won't last. Work is manic, and there is a lot going on outside of work too, so no time to post in detail. It's all good though, don't worry!
Will post later in the week with my news of Sunday's Donna Downey class, and the obligatory photo opportunity LOL.
